Imagine what life will be like when you finally release the mom guilt?

it's possible to dream again...

I'd bought into the "supermom" myth, that I could do it all.

Only a few years ago, my entire identity was wrapped up in being both a working mom and homemaker. But it left no time for me to do anything for…ME. But I soon discovered there is another way!

I felt immensely GUILTY for thinking about what I wanted or needed, so when I’d try doing for myself, it would always be AFTER everyone else’s needs were met. You’ve probably felt and done this, too! The problem is, by the time it’s our turn, we’re either too tired, too beaten down or too overwhelmed to do anything about it.

Nothing’s wrong with you – the “mom guilt” is real! – and there are only so many hours in the day and only so much energy to go around.

I know because I’ve been there. I was going through the motions, thinking that it HAD to be that way and resenting the fact that I had to take a back seat to what everyone else needed. But I could not shake the feeling that I wanted MORE. I wanted to find myself again, and more importantly, I wanted to dream again.
