My coaching is designed to help you step out of survival mode and create a more sustainable way forward.

Private coaching offers individualized support tailored to your specific challenges, patterns, goals, and season of life.

QUESTIONS?
What kind of women do you typically work with?
I primarily work with women who are balancing careers, family responsibilities, caregiving, leadership, or businesses while quietly carrying a significant mental and emotional load. Many are highly capable and dependable, but exhausted from constantly being the one who holds everything together.
Do I have to be a working mom to work with you?
No. While many of my clients are working moms, I also work with women navigating caregiving responsibilities, leadership roles, business ownership, life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is different from therapy. While therapy often focuses on healing and processing the past, coaching focuses on helping you create intentional changes moving forward. My work centers around boundaries, capacity, time, self-trust, communication, and sustainable life changes.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes. All coaching sessions are currently held virtually.
What if I'm terrible at setting boundaries?
You are very much not alone.
Most women I work with were never taught how to create healthy, sustainable boundaries — especially while also being caring, capable, responsible people. Boundary work is something we build together over time, in ways that feel realistic and aligned with your actual life.
